ABOUT US
Here at PAC we provide quality driven and customer focused mechanical installations across a variety of commercial sectors delivering new build and refurbishment projects in the UK. We specialise in the carefully managed delivery of complete mechanical building services from the initial project survey to final commissioning.
AIR CONDITIONING
We are proud to work in close partnership with Mitsubishi Electric and, as an accredited Diamond Quality Partner can guarantee the absolute highest quality of installations that this accreditation demands. The scope of work we offer spans from single units within comms rooms through to complete building systems.
Ventilation
PAC can provide comprehensive building solutions for ventilation through large scale air handling units, or stand alone heat recovery systems. We specialise in fit out ventilation schemes requiring a flexible approach to meet the ever-changing demands of modern office space with a dedicated in-house design service.
MECHANICAL SERVICEs
PAC has developed an enviable reputation as a supplier of mechanical solutions. We work with clients to agree the most effective design, with the quality of the end result always firmly in sight.
Domestic Water
We handle domestic water installations ranging from tea points within a fit out programme to full building refurbishments, all delivered with emphasis on quality and customer care.
our CASE STUDIES
The Leicester development required a thorough air conditioning and ventilation refit, plus ancillary systems which included the design and installation of a trench heating system. All elements of the project were commissioned successfully and to the original design criteria outlined by the client.
Dakota House
The extensive project for Dakota House involved an upgrade of air conditioning, ventilation as well as domestic and ancillary systems.
HVAC systems were operated via touch screen Mitsubishi AE200 central controllers. Ventilation was provided by locally ducted heat recovery Lossnay units.
Trinity Court
The Trinity Court scheme required the full breadth of PAC’s expertise, including air conditioning, ventilation a BMS system and full domestic services including new sanitary ware across 3 floors.
The scope included installation of seven R2 Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems and a new run around coil to the AHU to provide heat recovery (and improved energy efficiency) to the existing ventilation system.
